UNITAR-SCYCLE aims to enable societies to reduce the environmental burden caused by the production, consumption and disposal of ubiquitous goods. SCYCLE has one key-focus on electrical and electronic equipment, but also works on batteries, automotive and plastics related issues and the implementation of the paradigm of sustainable cycles. SCYCLE combines science based research with applied trainings.
